- To use the Website, the Guest’s computer system must meet the following minimum requirements: an up-to-date web browser such as Firefox, Chrome or Internet Explorer, a PDF reader, and an active, correctly configured email account.

- The agreement covers the rental of accommodation offered by the Service Provider through the Website. It is concluded using the Electronic Booking Form in successive steps: specifying arrival and departure dates, choosing accommodation and stating the number of guests.
- Once the Guest has supplied all necessary information, a booking summary is displayed. To submit the reservation, the Guest must complete the mandatory personal-data fields, accept these Terms and Conditions and send the reservation using the [Place order] button.
- The accommodation rental agreement is concluded when the Service Provider accepts the Electronic Booking Form, confirmed by a message acknowledging the reservation and providing its number.
